Batch verification
Every shipment carries a batch code that can be checked online. This page explains how to read the label, what the verification result confirms and its limits.
What a match means: the code exists in the lot register and the shown species, class, date and certificate relation belong to that lot. Nothing more.

How to verify
- Scan the QR code with any phone camera, or open the verification tool and type the code.
- Compare species, class and quantity with the packing list and the physical count.
- Keep a screenshot with your goods-receipt record if your quality system requires it.
Chain behind the code
The code links three identities described on the traceability page: production (facility certificate), product (species and class) and shipment (lot and destination). The register is maintained by Suluk Sepeti; lot records are kept for the retention period stated in our data policy.
Privacy
Verification results never display buyer names, addresses or contact details. Only lot-level product data is shown.
Frequently asked questions
Where is the batch code?
On the outer box label, on each class-separated inner unit and on the packing list. It is also printed as a QR code that opens the verification page directly.
The verification tool is in Turkish — how do I read it?
The tool returns a short structured record: species, weight class, quantity, allocation date and certificate reference. Field names are bilingual on the label; contact us if a result is unclear and we will confirm the record in English.
What if a code is not found?
Check for typing errors first (codes are case-insensitive). If the code is still not found, send a photo of the label and the packing list to us; we will check the lot register and respond.
Does verification prove clinical quality?
No. It proves that the shipment is tied to a recorded lot from the certified facility. It is not a sterility statement, a treatment approval or an outcome claim.
